You will be a smart man to wait until 60 Deg. Lots of variables here like Enamel, Acrylic Enamel, Lacquer, whether or not your using hardener, using thinner for the temp. range you are expecting and on and on!!! Bottom line is follow the instructions on the paint can, and thinner. Better yet if you can stick her in the shed and leave there for 18 to 24 hr. with the heat on to get metal warm. Turn off heat while painting and ventilate when done.
