What's a C Farmall worth?

I'm looking at a C Farmall with a trip loader on it. It runs good, tin is good. It is a triciycle front end. Tires are good. He says the loader works good. Looks clean overall, paint is dull. He's asking 2150.00 but say's he needs to move it and will take an offer. What would be a good offer? He may have said it was a super C.
