I expect the fact that they were only a "very few" dollars cheaper is why there aren't more. I have only ever seen one Super A without PTO and belt pulley. That particular tractor is next door, owned since new by my Great-uncle. It does have adjustable axle though, as well as a heat indicator and radiator shutters, though it is not a distillate tractor.
