(You youngsters can disregard this post if you wish) Without writing a book, let me expand on what I feel are 3 important issues: 1. Take a 500mg POTASSIUM supplement 2xdaily. Once along with a one-a-day multi-vitamin and mineral with your first meal of the day and once at bed time. Potassium keeps the sodium levels in our bodies where it should be. Most peole have a 20% Potassium/80%Sodium ratio and it should be the reversed to 80%Potassium/20%sodium. Potassium tabs are over the counter and inexpensive. 2. Eat lots of fresh garlic. Garlic is anti-bacterial, anti-viral and a terrific blood cleanser. 3. The same for Celery. Celery oil is proven to lower blood pressure. Eat fresh or chop both the garlic and celery into sandwiches salads etc. GET RID OF PREPARED AND PROCESSED FOODS that are taking up space in your home. All prepared and processed foods are loaded with sugars and salt. We use Sundays as a cooking day, we make up enough beans and rice and whatever to last the week. Use large glass jars for refrigerating. All we buy during the week is fresh greens and some whole grain bread. You are going to love this. Since we switched to preparing and eating foods the way it was given to us from the ground, OUR FOOD EXPENSES HAVE BEEN CUT IN HALF. If you want to read more about this just do a search on the web for lower blood pressure naturally or similar wording. Good luck and keep on “tractoring”.
