Front Hitch

I would like to make a front hitch for my sons Farmall H tractor similar to the one in the link below.

He lives a couple states away and I would like to make one for him for his birthday.

Judging from the one it the auction the mounting holes are 3 3/4" center to center.

But what is the size of the mounting holes ?

Like I said it is for his B-Day so I would like to suprise him with it.

So any help is appreciated.

P.S. Don"t tell him about it.

I know I could buy the one on E-Bay and save myself the trouble of making it.

But I am pretty handy with a drill press.
