IS is the prefix for the industrial 14. it is a 1938. should have pintle hitch drawbar, no govenor, foot and hand throttle. right foot brake, left foot clutch. brake bands inside of rear heavy cast wheels. app. 2000 rpm. about 10 mph. about 3000#. may have fenders. if it was a fairway, it would say it on the serial tag. pg
