Beacuse we do not know what you have done so far here is all I know. Rule 1 always shut off the fuel stop at the tank even if for only a half hour stop. The needle and seat wear and get sloppy allowing fuel to bypass sometimes and not others. The float can rub and hang up on the bowl. The float drop tang can allow the float to drop too far causing leakage. The bowl can be distorted causing sloshing leaks at the gasket. The bowl (or top) can have cracks. The HS needle can have bad packing, or not tightened packing allowing fuel to seep past the screw. See rule #1 Good luck, JimN
