I dont see much channce of burning holes in the top of a stock H piston from use of 3116 or even far hotter plugs. Nowwwwwwww if it were souped up running extreme high compression and exotic fuel at high RPM at high temps and maybe fast timing, you may have a worry, but a low compression H at relative low operatign temps and regualr gas at slow RPM I seriously doubt a 3116 plug is ANYYYYYYYYY problem
