Chris: Just goes to prove, some times ordinary citizens can often improve law enforcement. Please don't take me wrong, police forces do a good job, but there is little need of their time being wasted on trivial matters. Years ago my neighbor was loosing gas from his farm storage tanks. One day he decided to switch the labels on his storage tanks. That night he watched from his bedroom window as 3 guys in less than a sober condition pumped diesel from his tank carried it down the road to their car. Needless to say the car didn't run very long. Next morning he called the tax exempt fuel authority. The owner of the car in question soon found out that having tank full of diesel was the easy part, however the dye made it rather expensive. I'll bet those young lads didn't get dad's car for some time after that. Yes, we can often do things to make the job of law enforcment much more efficient.
