Mike: I have a dealer parts book that contains all the plows of that era. 314 is definately a roll over plow. The only plow I see that matches your description is the 312 and 412 being 3 and 4 bottom respectively. It does show a section in the parts book called "transport wheel lift rod". Having never seen one of these plows, I may need a bit of time to study this, to see what hooks where. I'll come back. A chain is shown in the parts book.
