H starter

I have a Farmall "H" that I"v run into a problem with, The tractor runs real good, but when it comes to starting it the starter dosent grab, if you turn the motor over about half a turn by hand, than try using the starter, the starter will turn it over one or two times, than it just grinds. I think the flywheel must be missing some teeth or somthing, but if so what is the best way of going about fixing that?
