It depends. Depends on the loader. Depends on the 3pt. Depends on your ability to deal with conflicts should they arise (in other words, do you have a torch and a welder, and are you afraid to use them?).

More than likely, there will be a problem if both items bolt to the axle housings. There's only so much space.
