If your he!!-bent on having both, a guy can configure the things so that both can comprise the same mounting arrangement if they both want to mount at the same location on the axle.

I.E. The loader attachment making up the front half of the axle mount and the 3-point serving as the rear portion.

Like Nat says, all it takes is some iron, a torch and a welder. Hard part is crawling on and off the tractor when you're done. :>)
