We have an H with an Do-All 250 loader and a TSC 3 point hitch. I have the loader and the 3 pt hitch plumbed off the loader's pto pump... As far as mounting interference goes most 3pt hicth kits mount where the u-shaped drawbar mounts to the axle casting. I also have a 3pt on my 300 from saginaw county tractor which mounts the same way. So, depending on your loader, I would say it is possible to mount both on your tractor at the same time...It really makes the old H handy!
