The pressure for both the direct drive clutch and the T/A clutch should be between 235-250 stock but i like to have them from 250-280 and the lube pressure is between 18-22 lbs. . If the pressures are not where they should be it could be caused by a weak pressure regulator spring or a sticking pressure regulator valve or a weak pump or a lose of pressure in the T/A itself . In the I T manual the free spring lenght is in there and with a mic. or caliper you can massure the free lenght but unless you have a spring scale to massure the psi. of the compressed lenght all you can do is guesstamate and if in doubt get a new spring kit and rebuild the MVC and recheck pressures as with the new spring (s) in the pressure regulator it may be real high and have to remove a couple coils to get it set . Each coil removed is about 10 psi.
