I would fill the engine up with as much light oil as you can get in, right to the top, then take some pb blaster and soak the pistons and valves really good and let her sit, you may end up having to take the head and pan off and pound out the pistons, but if it smoked that bad you might be better off putting a sleave kit in anyway..
Oh, and Don't pop the clutch on the road, something bad will most likely happen..
