What to Pay?

Hello,
I am looking to buy a farmall 560/460 gas NFE. I went and looked at a 560 and this is what I found. New paint, 30% tires, runs good, hitch seems worn, was on a mounted New Idea corn picker, exhaust manifold crack/leak, crack where the front hitch bolts on to the bottom of the houseing (can be welded), good sheetmetal. What is a decent price to pay? I live in Central Pennsylvania. Thanks Fredd
