Purchased a property years ago. The property had a small shed/barn about 16 feet tall in very poor shape. You could push on the side of the shed and the top would wobble back and froth about 18 inches. Got my son to help push over the shed. We pushed and the shed wobbled. Pushed and pushed - shed wouldn't fall over. Got the sawsall and cut partially through all of the studs on the east side of the building - the direction I wanted the shed to fall. Great, got the son and we pushed on the west side of the shed thinking it would fall to the east. The shed fell over, south, right on top of the garage. Gene
