I have rebuilt it and did all the gaskets and i'm not missing anything, all the jets are there, it is 100%. But yes it floods and while i have taken it down and cleaned it about three times now to fix the problem it keeps getting worse as time goes on. so tell me more about how this acts as a drain when it floods? i see it happening but can you tell me any more? tom
