Hi Young Red, we had one of those models back in the 1940/50s. I think the model was a 5S. If I remember correctly the only difference in the models was the number 3,4 or 5 refered to the number of pounds of cream that could be separated in 1 hour. We would have to crank it by hand when the power went out during a summer thunder storm. I believe the motor takes a 20 amp 115V circuit, hence the funny 3 flat bladed plug.

Someone can correct me if I am wrong.
