The Cub oil pump is located on the back of the engine and has to suck oil up there out of the oil pan. Sometimes they loose their prime if setting for a long time or if worked on. You need to prime the pump by taking off the allen head plug (1/8" pipe plug) on the back, left side of the engine and filling with oil. Then try it to see if you have oil pressure. Roger
