Say you need a magnetic screw driver in the field just wrap the screw driver with insulated wire flash the ends across the battery. You may need somthing more powerful for the shop, use a old AC motor. Take the ends off the motor remove the rotor take the leads ends flash on battery while haveing the part inside of the old motor. Now you may need to demag something, intstall a push botton switch in the same old motor, wire in a 110V AC plug put your part to be demaged inside the field, hold the botton/switch a few seconds its done!
