I gotta wait for Ed to rescan that image before I can read that fine print too! However to your other question, a magnet like that will hold it's magnetism indefinitely or until:
- it is struck hard or dropped on a hard surface
- is brought near a strong external magnetic field - eg. welding, nearby lightning strike.
- gets heated above certain temperature (I forget how much exactly but it's in the several hundreds of degrees)
