It depends on what rims you have on the 400. I have a 450D with the 2 adjustmet rings on the rims. It goes on my 20' trailer between the fenders just fine. I also have a Super M I got from dad's estate. It has only one ring on the rim...and I have to turn one wheel around to haul it anywhere.
I also have a 20' gooseneck...and would rather pull it than any trailer I have. The thing is easier to balance the weight, it turns much sharper and is jut a lot easier to move in a tight place.
In fact...I am thinking about getting rid of the 20" bumper pull. It is just too much weight on the rear end of the truck when empty.
