I would be very carefull pulling it. May very well bend a rod or mess up the valves at the least. Sounds to be stuck up good. You can buy a thin wall socket or I just took an old socket to the grinder and made it a thin wall. Get the plugs out and put whatever rust busting concoktion you like in there and let it soak for a while. Then jack up a rear wheel and rock it back and forth with the it in high gear. Give it sometime and see what happens. IF it's still stuck then get out your wrenchs and start taking stuff apart. Head and oil pan first.
