After you get the plugs out fill the cylinders with tranny fluid and let it sit a few days. Don't pull it you can brake all sorts of things doing that. Then after a few days do quick short hits on the starter, don't hold it long. Of course have the plug out when you do that. It may pop loose for you. I have a number of tractors that run well that had been locked up till I did that
