Ahhh, Allan, you just need to switch that over to a D282! Why don"t you send the 310 to me and in return I"ll send a disassembled 282? It"s never, ever overheated for me. (Of course i"ve never had it running either!) I do know exactly what you mean about not being able to stand seeing that gauge up there. I couldn"t stand it either. I"m sure you know that overheating is more of a certain death to a diesel than a gas motor. If your luck holds it will be something simple. On my farm it"s always the big thing that"s gone wrong- never a blocked fuel line, always the injection pump-never a leaky oil cooler, always an engine overhaul..... Paul
