Now you did not leave a rag stuck in the Itake did ya??? and you are 100% sure that you have the timming dead on and that the shutdown is realy working i have had them do the clicky clicky thing before and not be working . pull the selenoid out and plug it and try again. and you did make sure that the manifold is on there GOOD and tight as they do work loose and require checking them for a good while after ya get them up and running i know the book calls for 20-30 ft. lbs, but i go for the 35 ft.lbs and keep checking them for at least a dozen times .
