A lot more than just the so-called "axles". The axles are actually in the final drives and don't need changed. You would need the shorter differential shafts and their accompanying housings. Get housings from a BN, not an A because there is a difference. Also needed is the pedal guard & the foot plate and I think there is a difference in how the pedals are mounted. Get a set of shorter drawbars while you're at the boneyard too. Take out the right-hand side seat mount where it bolts the the differential shaft housing and bolt the seat bracket to the same place as the right side fender.
