ALL B's have the same length axles on both sides. The B has a 21 or 22" axles on both sides and the BN has 18" axles on both side. The ones where they put an A final on one side and and the standard axle was never made by IH. These may not be the correct measurments, but it gives you an idea of the size differances of the axles on a B and BN.
