There are a few differences in the 300/350U tractors. Although any of these could have been added or changed, I'll give you a few items. The 300 had a C-169 engine, the 350 a C- 175. Casting codes are on most of the large castings(trans, axle housings.etc.). a sample is 4-11-A which means April 11,1955. The engine size is cast into block on the right side above the lifter cover. The 300 had rear light mounted on right fender, 350 was mounted on the left fender. The 300 had the key switch mounted on the right side of the switch panel, 350 had a push-button switch in this location and the key switch was mounted on right directly under the panel. Let us know what you find !
