Chris, On this size tractor, the front pump (located behind the square plate in your pictute) feeds the steering, the remotes and lubes the differential in that order. When the steering isn't being used, that oil is sent out to the oil cooler. If the tractor has a powered hitch, then it will have another pump bolted to and which drives from that front pump. This second pump is referred to as a "piggyback" because it is mounted to and driven from the first pump. Those tractors that left the factory without a two or three point hitch just have a cover-plate bolted to the front pump instead of another pump. Your tractor doesn't have a rockshaft or a lower draft-sensing shaft and therefore, I really doubt if it has the second piggybacked pump. At any rate, if the tractor has weak power steering AND weak remotes, it is a pretty good bet that the hydraulic pump is weak 'cause the first 3.5 gallons of oil is dedicated solely to the steering. Also, the hydraulic system has nothing to do with the T/A, so it sounds like you are fighting two completely different problems with this tractor. I might add too, and maybe it is just me, but that the T/A lever in your picture doesn't look right. It appears to be "too far forward" almost as though it isn't even hooked up to anything. Hope ya get 'er figured out. Allan
