Depends on what the damage is internally. Pull the head off and have a good look at it. If the cyl walls look ok, you may get lucky with soaking it in kerosine or diesil fuel, I like to use laquer thinner mixed in with the diesil fuel, it eats rust! If the cyl is severly rusted, and if the crank is BDC or TDC and not inbetween, you may have a chance to get it apart without too much extra damage. If you know for a fact, that the engine has ran in the last year or so, just depends on how long it has sat with the water in the cyl, we got lucky on ours,, caught it in time, if it would have been another month or 2, I bet it would not have popped loose.
