Just need to bleed the air out of the system. Usually will not have this problem but can happen. On the bottom edge of the MCV below the filter cover, remove the larger hex plug, there will also be a spring and flow divider spool come out. keep the parts in order so can install corectly. Set a bucket under the hole & start the tractor up. Shut off when oil comes out. assemble spring valve & plug should work.
