Man that sleeve must realy be in there. it should have popped, did you try jacking on the rod with a 2/4 and when you have most of tractor weight on jack hit top of block with dead blow hammer, iam sure this will jar it out. you can also run 2 weld beads 180 degrees apart, on the inside of sleeve and that sleeve darn near pulls out by hand. but you have the piston in there so see what you can do and where the piston is sitting .
