Need some red help, 574 value ?

I have a chance to buy a gas 574 International but have no idea what it's worth. Runs great, everything works, all good rubber with 80% or more. Sheet metal very straight and looks like original factory paint, so it could use a paint job or not, it's just faded. Owner said it's around a 1980 and he thinks it's about 52 HP. So can anybody give me any info or advice about the 574 and anyone know the value. Looks like it would make a handy little tractor. I don't have a clue if the 574 was made as a row crop but this one is what I would call a standard.
