Here are my thoughts. Leave the drain plug out of the pan and set a container under the drain and see if more anti-freeze comes out and how much. A few days will tell the story. No antifreeze coming out, go to church Sunday and praise the Lord. If it is only a small amount that comes out, put about three heaping tablespoons of pepper in the radiator and drive it until the engine is good and warm. The pepper will work its way into leaking areas and seal them up as good as (or better than) any stop-leak that I’ve tried. Plus my radiator man actually blesses using pepper since it cooks out a lot easier than other products. If that doesn’t fix it, well…let me just wish you good luck.
