Congrats John! You did forget one expense though...what was the total cost on the beer it took to complete the project? I find most rebuilds cost me somewhere in the neighborhood of $100 in Miller High Life...depending on how many of the neighbors see the lights on and stop by. I tried to curtail the free handouts by switching to Blatz, but the my friends reiterated the point that there are two kinds of beer...cheap and free. Ya gotta love em' for that!
