Our simmentals can have that problem. Your vet ought to be able to put bottle of calcium in her. It is done through an IV into a large vein near her bag. Now, this isn"t a guaranteed cure and sometimes it takes a couple of bottles - she may not ever get up - but Cowman is right. It is a calcuim deficiency and the sooner you act, the better her chances.
