Wide Front 1939 M's

When did they start putting wide frounts on 1939 M's? Were there different factory wide fronts? I have a really nice one with the tie rods out front that a buddy will sell my for a decent price. My 39 must have had a loader on at one time and the bolts holding the boster to the frame reals moves on the bolts and has odlonged the wholes a bit so thinking if it would be original to have a wide front I would go that rought. My serial number is 2590 so its a fairly ealry 39. If there is a difference, how can I tell what would be the right one? Thanks Paul
