Paul: The linkage coming up in front of brake pedals and pined to torque tube in your photo, has a telescope extension and should be hooked into take right rockshaft. That raises and lowers front of hitch, thus controling depth of the plow. The one on the left side controls side tilt for your hitch. I'm not quite sure how that works. The offsets have a leveling crank for this. That Super C was a deluxe jobbie in her day. Complete power control of the plow, and on the move at that. That was supposed to put Messers Ford and Ferguson in their respective places. And it could have had IH forgotten about fast hitch on big tractors, built a utility version of Super C, then added live pto and hi-low gears to offsets and Super C, 200, etc. They finally did some of it with 240, but too little too late.
