I would check the butterfly valves in the intake manifold for complete closure when on gasoline position. If they are hanging any, it will ruin the fuel air ratio and give those symptoms. Lube the pivot points on all external Gas/diesel linkage on both sides of the block/head (I like tri-flow spray because it lasts in those linkages)
