I was in this old tractor parade yesterday, But when i was in it, my W-6 was making this wierd niose, and I found out what ity was, It was the hydralic pump that didnt have enough oil in it and was making noise, I went to go home, and I coudnt get it to go, So I put it on side of road and left it there all night, I didnt know that the hydralic pump was connected to the fan pully, and it wouldnt let the engine rev up like it was supposed to, Ohhh Man IT GOT HOT,Dear God,WOWSIE!!!!! I was a little nervous as it looked like i ruined it , But i think it will be ok,when i fill the hyd tank with oil Do H,s have a slower gear than a W-6? Cause i was following this guy,and i was in 5th On a whiff of throttle, and I had to keep clutching it to slow down,& not run into this guy in front of me who was just piddeling along, going too slow, As 4th was too slow,I didnt know what to do, so i just went along, till the parade was over Kind of got on my nerve,s,as the W-6,s have 4 short gear,s,then the 5th one is real tall,Kind of a hassle to get going in a parade, So If anyone of you is in a parade of tractor,s, then make sure that the tractor has a decent cruise gear, or you will be forever frutrated!
