Should I cut off my axles ???????

My barn is pretty narrow, I only have about an inch to spare on each side of the door and the posts on the inside of the old barn. Should I cut the axles off my 300 Farmall? Or would it be better to cut notches in the side of the barn and the posts holding it up?? No answers required, just wanted to have some fun this morning!!!!
