To remove the rouded off bolts, go to your local Sears, Autozone, etc. and get some boltouts. They come in sets of different sizes and are a hex socket that is fluted and tapered on the inside to grip damaged bolts. If they are rounded, there is a possibility they are stuck pretty tight. a small 3/8 impact wrench to vibrate them also helps. If you use a torch, becareful, remember the radiator is copper and will melt at a pretty low temperature, and the solder at an even lower temperature.
