I have to agree with Red Dave, get the manual from Case-IH, it will have a little different appearance than the original, but the content will be the same. Sometimes there is no such thing as a "best" cleaner, kerosene or diesel fuel works well. Mineral spirits work quite well also and are not quite as objectionable to your skin or nose. Whatever you use will need to be accompanied with considerable amounts of elbow grease, but the end result will be well worth the effort.
