Three point hitch question

Last year I built a twin cylinder three point hitch for my 39H The only problem I have is that the hitch lifts very very fast.I was wondering if TSC or somebody else sells a flow reducer and will something that reduces flow hurt the lift all pump under frequent use conditions,Such as using a box blade or a grader blade.Lifting so fast makes it hard to make any light adjustments when your are trying to level gravel and soil.It just lifts so fast that you leave a big pile of meterial wherever you touch the control rod....Any help would be great thanks River Bottom Farmer
