Sounds like its wired wrong and the first thing you need to do is figure out what drains the battery. By the way you can still hand crank it even with it haveing a battery ignition system on it. If the battery has enough power to say work the light if it has them but not enough to turn the engine over it has the power to run the tractor if you hand crank it. BTDT a good number of time
