10-20 tractor value

I looked through the tractor values on this site & they appeared to be slightly out of date. To settle an estate, I would like to find a starting value for a 10-20. The motor is not stuck, it is an older restoration and it is on steel. I will get a serial number and more info, but can someone give me a ballpark starting price.Thanks.
