Fawteens pic is good but the hole in the bottom of tank thatis not in the center just takes a plug. the sediment bowl has an inlet for the gsa start if it is a dual fuel. The hole at the top is not a hole at all its only a place to change directions an make connections for the fuel line. Look at that top hole to see that its not a hole just some threads.
